2020 Bogleheads® Conference

Unfortunately, planning for this year’s conference came to a halt with the arrival of COVID-19. The Board diligently monitored the pandemic, which involved many hours of phone discussion and emails, and after an exhaustive review of the facts, this week unanimously voted to cancel the physical conference planned for 2020 and replace it with a virtual conference.

Protecting the trademark

I’m happy to announce that, thanks to the expert pro-bono legal work performed by attorney Serge Krimnus, The John C. Bogle Center for Financial Literacy prevailed in a legal action against a financial advisor who was using our trademarked “Bogleheads”
